I like Muay Thai, but I do not us...I totally agree. I like Muay Thai, but I do not use the sport techniques, I tend to learn ''old style''/boran (there's this guy Donnie B. he's a usefull instructor, thinks he's kind of funny, but he's not, he should stick to what he's good at, lol)techniques with stress on generating maximum power, speed, agility.
